Can I change / cancel my booking?

Yes, it is possible to change or cancel the booking. The time for making a change to your booking varies depending on the car park where you are booking. In most of them, changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before arrival. Information on this subject can be found in the details of the car park offer.

I will come by a different car than the one specified in the booking. Will I enter the parking lot?

Yes of course. The registration number provided in the booking form is a convenience for parking employees, but it is not a necessary condition. Additionally, you can change your booking and provide the registration number of the car you are arriving with.

My flight was delayed / I am flying an earlier flight. What I have to do?

If your flight shift is within the same day, you have nothing to worry about. The time given when booking is indicative. If possible, inform the parking lot about the change by phone. You can also change your booking using the customer panel on our website. It is possible before departure as well as during departure.

I haven't received my booking confirmation email.

This situation can happen. In addition to the e-mail, we also send an SMS confirmation with your booking number. If the SMS has arrived, you have nothing to worry about. It is a sufficient document to confirm the reservation in the parking lot. I don't remember which email address is in the booking.

You don't have to worry about it. The booking confirmation will be sent via SMS to the telephone number provided both right after booking and 24 hours before arrival at the car park.

How do I change my arrival time?

Use the option to edit your booking available on our website or contact the car park directly. You will find the contact number in the confirmation we sent you to the e-mail address and telephone number provided.
