I arrive after 11:59 pm, how many days should I reserve?
On our website, when making a reservation, provide the exact date and time of arrival and departure. Parking days are calculated based on the selected date. The corresponding price will be calculated automatically. In most car parks, the price is calculated for each day of parking. This means that if you arrive at the car park on August 8 at 22:00 and depart on August 12 at 09:00, the cost of parking will be calculated for 5 days.
I have to be at the airport by 7:00 am. How much earlier should I arrive at the parking lot?
Usually 30 minutes should be perfectly fine. However, the time required may be longer during busy hours. To shorten this time, we recommend online payment when booking. This will reduce the formalities in the car park to a minimum, and the transfer will be made right after you arrive at the car park.
What does the time of arrival mean?
This is the time you plan to arrive at the parking lot.
What does the departure time mean?
This is the approximate pickup time from the airport. We recommend adding at least 15 minutes to the time of arrival for leaving the plane and picking up your luggage.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Yes, it is possible. You can book a parking lot by calling the number on the NextPark.pl website in the Contact tab. However, we encourage you to book online - it is fast and simple. You will also receive a confirmation email after your booking has been made.
How to book a parking spot?
Booking a car park is quick, easy and stress-free. Using our portal, select the airport you are departing from and then the dates of parking. The search engine will show you the current offers, choose the one that suits you best. Complete the arrival time at the parking lot and the arrival time at the airport on the day of departure. Enter your details. If you still need help choosing the right car park, read our tips. You have two options for payment: online or on arrival, at the parking office. After booking, you will receive a confirmation and a voucher by e-mail and SMS to the phone number you provided. You can print the confirmation as well as show it to the car park staff in an electronic version.
Can I reserve spots for several cars at the same time?
Yes. By completing the booking form, you can select as many cars as you want to reserve parking spaces for.
How far in advance do I need to book a spot?
As soon as possible. Depending on the availability of parking spots, the suggested booking time may change. There is no minimum booking time prior to arriving at the car park, but you should take into account the risk of a lack of available parking spots. We recommend that you make your reservations after booking your flight ticket and do not wait until the last moment. This will increase the choice of car parks in our offer and ensure the availability of parking spots in the desired car park. Often, booking in advance also means a lower price.
How do I know if my booking was successful?
After booking, we will send you an e-mail with details and a voucher. You can both print it and show the parking garage the electronic version.
I don't have a printer, is printing a receipt necessary?
No. A paper version of the booking confirmation is not required. You can print it out or show the car park staff in an electronic version.
I know the date of the trip, but I don't know the exact times yet. Can I book a parking lot?
Definitely yes. The arrival and arrival times are an indication for the parking lot that streamlines the service process. We offer the possibility to change your booking. The time to make a change to your booking varies depending on the car park where you are booking. In most of them, changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before arrival. Arrival and arrival times can be edited at any time.
