Warsaw Central Railway Station named after Stanisław Moniuszko is the main railway junction of the capital of Poland, located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 54. Since its opening in 1975, it has been a key communication point, serving both domestic and international rail connections.

🏗️ History and architecture The construction of the station began in 1972, and the grand opening took place on December 5, 1975. The design by Arseniusz Romanowicz and Piotr Szymaniak is distinguished by its modernist architecture with a characteristic roof in the shape of a canopy supported by reinforced concrete pillars. The main part of the station is located underground, where four island platforms are located, each 400 meters long, serving traffic in the east and west directions.
