Reviews of WAW Parking Okęcie

It was very difficult to find the parking lot to park my car because the name that I had for the place was "NextPark" and when I put that into my GPS it took me to OFFICE of NextPark which is different than the parking lot itself. A person at the offices told me this. The SIGNS at the parking lot DON'T say NEXTPARK but instead WAW parking. They should match. Especially on the street where one has to turn toward the parking lot there is NO SIGN that says NextPark. I arrived late at night and things were dark and no signs helped me. Even when I arrived in the parking lot where I was to park there was a large sign saying WAW parking and only a very small slgn underneath that said "Next Park". I'm thankful for that but it was too small and only at the end when one has already arrived at the parking lot. Therefore: (1) make the address absolutely clear and don't just send it in a link but include it on your website and in the confirmation email (not just a link because someone coming from out of country might not have data or their texting mechanism might not work in Poland). (2) Put a sign out on the street that says Next Park with an arrow so people know where to turn to find your parking lot. (3) Don't get mad at people for parking in free spots when your instructions say park in any free spot. I did this and a worker was upset saying this is where he was supposed to park. How do I know that? I'm doing what the instructions you gave me said. I've been traveling for days and the parking lot guy acts like I made a mistake. Try and treat the customer kindly. Good companies know this - your company could use work in this area. I appreciated the good price and airport transfer didn't take long to come either time.
