I selected the company based on good reviews but apparently, they were provided by Polish people. I was very disappointed by the poor quality. The Google took me to a different parking operated by different company, the owner then explained how to find it but it was not clearly marked, so difficult to find without proper instructions. After calling, the person didn't understand English, the driver then arrived after 10 mins and took us to a different car park, as the booked one was already full. After arrival and calling the driver, he did not understand a word in English nor in Slovak. One would expect that at international airport the drivers would attempt to learn at least a few basic phrases (like meet me at the beginning of Terminal C, car plate is ..., etc) in English and other languages, given that Katowice is used also by Slovaks, Czechs and other nationalities. Since I don't speak Polish and the driver did not understand English, I spoke Slovak, he toldme to go to Terminal B. When we arrived there, there were dozens of other cars, we were looking for the mobile number on the car (as we weren't given any instructions how the car should look like). When nothing happened, I sent him a message telling that we are at beginning of Terminal B and wanted to know the car colour, brand and car plate, both in English and Slovak language. No reaction. After 15 mins, I call again, the driver was very nervous and yelled at me that he is also driving other people and we must wait. Meanhwile, some drivers from other companies were doing already second or third rounds of picking up passengers. When I wanted a time estimate, he said reluctantly 5 mins, After another 20 mins I called again, already angry and frustrated, and demanded to know the car plate. The angry driver said that he is already waiting there for 10 mins, when I wanted to know where he is, he said that at the beginning of Terminal C (originally he told me to wait in front of Terminal B). Finally I was him standing at the end of the loooong queue (we were at the beginning) with his hand up. When he saw me and realised how angry I am, he sudenly changed the attitude and started to apologise.
In summary, this might be a good service for people who understand Polish. But if you don't, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. The service is absolutely rubish, the driver does not speak any English (or other language) and you don't get absolutely any instructions or guidance where to meet and how to recognise the car in the queue of other 20-30 shuttles. Extremely poor!!!
